Zeta Omega Omega awarded scholarships to 13 students in 2021. Students participated in a financial literacy program, learning the basics about investments and planning for a successful financial future. Students purchased stock(s) at no cost to them, each with a buying power of approximately $300. The stocks will be held in a custodial account for about a year. The students will manage their stocks and complete financial literacy workbook lessons. Upon successful completion of program requirements, the stocks will be transferred into students’ names for ownership.
